Application Clomos 50 mg Pharmacom Labs in British Medicine and Sport.
Clomos (the active ingredient, clomiphene citrate) is a non-steroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (ERM) of the triphenylethylene group. Clomiphene was developed and approved for use in the early 1970s to treat female infertility and later extended to treat male infertility. British athletes are also currently taking the drug.
Mechanism of action Clomos Pharmacom Labs
In most cases, this SERM is used for post-course therapy (PCT), which is designed to stimulate natural testosterone production that has been suppressed by anabolic steroids. Clomiphene stimulates the hypothalamus, which stimulates the release of gonadotropic hormones from the anterior pituitary lobe. The gonadotropic hormones are follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). FSH stimulates (in men) spermatogenesis, and LH stimulates testicular Leydig cells to secrete more testosterone. This feedback mechanism is known as the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis (HPTA) and leads to an increase in the body's own testosterone production. Blood levels rise to compensate for the decrease in exogenous steroid levels. This is vital for minimising loss of muscle mass after the cycle.
Main properties Clomos 50 mg Pharmacom Labs
- Restoration of testosterone production.
- Activation of spermatogenesis.
- Non-steroidal drug.
- Increase FSH and LH levels.
Clomiphene citrate (also known as Clomid) is an anti-estrogen that is quite popular among athletes and is used after the course. Its main purpose is to restore your own testosterone production. Taking Clomid after a course will save you from side effects such as gynaecomastia, and because it restores testosterone levels, weight loss after the course will be minimal. You can always buy it in Britain on our shop website.
Although clomid is purely an arc-reducing drug and has no noticeable effect on an athlete's strength and endurance, it is on the list of banned drugs in doping tests.
Intake and dosage Clomos 50 mg
The average starting dose of clomiphene should be about 150 mg per day and kept at this level for 1-2 weeks. Then it should decrease to 100 mg for the next 1-2 weeks, and the final dose of clomiphene will drop to 25-50 mg per day during the last week of PKT. The exact dosage depends on the individual and should be determined on the basis of blood test results.
